I just tried crumbling up a piece of potato bread into my usual mix of 3 eggs, scrambled, along with a bit of milk for consistency, and it came out great!
The eggs didn’t seem to clump together as well, some pieces are a bit more doughy, but the flavor was a good mix. I would recommend this!
Even though today is the 5th! I went to the East River fireworks show last night and it was amazing! The police blocked off the FDR from 14th St to 42nd St and my friends and I headed out to stand on the highway. It was raining on and off for the most of the day, so like an idiot, I decided not to bring my umbrella. Before the fireworks started, it was pouring and I got soaked, by right around 9:15PM, the rain died off and everything turned clear. The show itself went on for a good 30-40 mins, very impressive. They had some really powerful stuff too that would almost make the ground shake between the firework explosion itself and then the echo from the building behind me. It’s a great show to see live!
